The initial order has a 6 to 8 week turnaround time with additional orders available in 10 to 14 days .

We will ship as little as 25 books to you at a time and print remaining books as needed to insure that only the most current directory listings are used. This enables you to make timely changes.

The 11 x 11 binder version of The Caregiver Sourcebook has a minimum order of 250 books at a cost of $40.00 per book. There is a one-time setup fee of $250.00. A sample of this book costs $34.95.

The 9 x 7 binder version of The Caregiver Sourcebook has a minimum order of 250 books at a cost of $10.00 per book. There is a one-time setup fee of $250.00. A sample of this book costs $10.00.

The 9 x 7 Comb bound version of The Caregiver Sourcebook has a minimum order 100 books at a cost of $7.25 per book. There is a one time setup fee of $250.00. A sample of this book costs $7.25 (You can request a customized version of this book with your company logo on it for an additional $50).

A fifty (50) percent deposit is necessary at the time you place the order with the balance due when your order is ready to be shipped. Shipping and handling is added separately.
